Our homes are traditionally built with quality brick and concrete block materials. There are numerous external finishes employed across the varying house types which gives each plot a distinctive feel.
Across Woodlands Park there are over 35 differing brick types and as many as 15 types of roof tiles have been used. Rendered external finishes have been used strategically dispersed to add character to the estate.
On selected house types the sparse use of eternit weatherboarding complements the variety of finishes and colours.
The energy rated UPVC windows are of varying types either sliding sash or casement to suit the style of the house.
On selected house types there are fitted aluminium bi-fold doors.
All our plots have a laid patio and a turfed lawn with planting to the front garden, brindle block paviours are laid in driveways, parking courts and raised road platforms.
A feature of Woodlands Park of is the beautiful landscaped areas in around the various phases across the development. Wickford Development have planted and nurtured hundreds of trees across the site to ensure the ambience of the estate is enjoyed by those living and visiting Woodlands Park.
Wickford Development still employ traditional wet trades in the homes that they build to ensure a hard wall finish. Ceilings are also fully plastered. The moulded skirtings and architraves with rosettes are made from softwood timber and each staircase is bespokely made to each house.

Wickford Development provide quality appliances as standard across all our house types. AEG washer/dryers, dishwashers and fridge/ freezers. The cookers are either freestanding Bertazzoni range or if integrated AEG ovens and hobs.
All our homes come with CAT 5 cabling as standard to rooms with TV points. Bathrooms have fitted touch lit mirror cabinets above the basin. Aqualisa Thermostatic shower controls are fitted to all ensuites.
