NHBC Award Winners

Wickford Development company represents a success story based on quality and attention to detail. This 'pride in the job' attitude is the maxim of its founder who has headed a winning team of top class tradesmen who have collectively won, over a period of 50 years, 48 individual NHBC Pride in the Job awards, including 15 times regional winner, and UK finalist. In 2000, 2005, 2020, 2021 and 2023 Wickford won the NHBC 2023 National Supreme Award for building the best quality homes in the UK.

In October Wickford Development Company Ltd were presented with the NHBC 2025 Regional Award for the Best Small Builder in the South East Region for our homes at Woodlands Park & Meadow. We were just pipped to the post and were awarded runners up spot at the National Supreme Award final held in January 2026. Woodlands Park & Meadow have consistently won NHBC quality awards and we are very proud of this. This is testament to all the tradesmen & women and Site Management staff as to their commitment in building beautiful quality homes.
